Fay Crackslaw recipe

Main ingredients:
  2lb italian sausage
  2 bags of cabbage (1lb each)
  1/4 cu sesame oil

Sauce:
  1/4 cu soy sauce
  1 Tbs onion powder
  2 Tbs splenda or sugar or other sweetener (optional)
  4 cloves garlic (or 1 tsp garlic from a jar)
  1-2 Tbs shredded ginger
  2 tsp Sriracha (optional)

Toppings (suggested):
  fresh jalpenos, sliced
  Cilantro

Toppings (optional):
  green onion, chopped
  sesame seeds
  bacon


Brown sausage in skillet. Drain and transfer to other dish.

Mix together soy sauce and all spices to make sauce. Set aside.

Add sesame oil and slaw to skillet, and heat until the slaw just begins to wilt (about 1 minute).

Add sauce, cook for another minute (or less if you want).

Add in meat, and cook for another 1-3 minutes until everything is hot.

Serve, and add toppings if desired.
