Jo's Rosemary Bread

Ingredients:
1 cup water
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Procedure:
Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select white bread cycle; press Start. 
Notes:
This seems that it would work better in 2 small loaf pans, but I just did it in one large silicone pan.

I let it rise in a glass bowl with a bit of flower, then cooked it for 20 minutes in a 350 degree convection oven.
